■ 강원 글로벌 그린바이오 농식품 전문인재 양성과정이란?

강원 글로벌 그린바이오 농식품 전문인재 양성과정(이하 전문인재 양성과정)은 강원대학교 KOICA 전문인재 양성 프로그램 사업단이 주관하는 석사 학위 과정 프로그램입니다. 전문인재 양성과정은 글로벌 인재들이 과학, 공학, 산업, 그리고 실제 문제 해결을 유기적으로 연결할 수 있도록 체계적이고 실무 중심적인 교육 과정을 제공하고자 합니다. 학생들은 전액 장학금, 대학원 수준의 교과 과정 및 연구, 맞춤형 지도, 한국어 교육, 그리고 산업 연계 기회를 통해 혜택을 누릴 수 있습니다. 매년 소수의 학생만을 선발함으로써, 본 프로그램은 밀접한 학업 멘토링과 개인 맞춤형 지원을 보장합니다.

■ 전문인재 양성과정 참가 혜택

• 1. 전액 장학금: 석사과정 등록금 및 한국어 연수 프로그램 등록금 전액
• 2. 왕복 항공료: 최대 3,000,000원 상당
• 3. 생활비 및 정착지원금: 생활비 매월 1,200,000원 및 정착지원금 600,000원(1회)
• 4. 체류: 기숙사비 매월 300,000원, 의료보험 매월 100,000원 등

The Global Master’s Program for Gangwon Green-Bio and Agri-Food Specialists (GMP) goes beyond a conventional master’s degree by offering a structured, practice-oriented academic pathway that prepares students to connect science, engineering, industry, and real-world problem solving. Students benefit from full financial support, graduate-level coursework and research, individualized supervision, Korean language training, and industry-linked opportunities. With a small annual intake, the program ensures close academic mentoring and personalized support.

■ Financial and Academic Benefits

This program provides international students with substantial financial and academic support throughout their period of study in KNU, including:

1. Full tuition coverage for the master’s degree program

2. Full tuition coverage for the Korean language training program

3. Round-trip airfare support of up to KRW 3,000,000

4. A one-time arrival and settlement allowance of up to KRW 600,000

5. A monthly living allowance of KRW 1,200,000

6. A monthly dormitory support allowance of KRW 300,000

7. Monthly health insurance support of approximately KRW 100,000

8. A one-time return support allowance of KRW 300,000

Additional support may also be provided for field trips, site visits, and participation in academic conferences and other educational activities, depending on program requirements and available resources. The program also offers a structured academic pathway that includes graduate coursework, Korean language education, faculty advising, research and thesis supervision, and internship-based practical training.
